Verification before submission, not policing after.
Five steps between an upload and a release that DSPs, labels, and fans can trust.
- 01
Verify the creator
A one-time identity check at signup. Government ID plus a liveness check through a vetted vendor. You do it once, not per release.
- 02
Capture provenance
Optionally attach DAW project files, stems, or session evidence. We hash and store them and fingerprint the master against the sample registry and a commercial reference database.
- 03
Resolve rights before delivery
Registered samples get their license terms attached automatically. Covers route to the MLC. Splits for master and publishing are recorded on one ledger entry.
- 04
Issue the Human Creator Certificate
A signed, exportable record of who made the track, what was verified, and when. It travels with the release to every DSP and partner.
- 05
Deliver on the green lane
Clean releases skip the manual-review queue at delivery. If a hold is ever needed, you see the reason and the fix on the same screen.
One status field. Always a reason.
Every release has exactly one lane status, and every status that isn't green tells you why and what to do next.
| Status | What it means | What you see |
|---|---|---|
| In review | Checks are running. Usually minutes. | Progress on each check. |
| On hold | A check needs your input, such as accepting a sample license. | The reason, the fix, and an appeal path. |
| Cleared | Every check passed. The certificate is issued. | Delivery schedule per DSP. |
| Blocked | The release can't be delivered as submitted, for example a sped-up copy of a recording you don't own. | Exactly which check failed and how to resubmit. |
